REGULATION

ACCESS - CONTROL

RESERVATIONS - RENTAL - EMPLOYMENT
The balance of the rent is due upon arrival along with the payment of a deposit of € 50.00. The rental price includes: VAT 10%, electricity, water, gas and air conditioning, Tv, internet-point, 1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs on the beach, with the same number of units, use swimming pools, whirlpool and fitness-club, entertainment adults and children, 1 parking space, garden furniture, kitchenware, kitchen utensils and 1 blanket per bed; use playgrounds for beach volleyball, beach soccer, ping-pong. The unit will remain available until 14 pm the next day, but the customer must give notice of delay, otherwise the Management can re-let the accommodation, subject to the requirement of the Customer to pay or cause to make an amount equal to that corresponding to the first week's rent plus a penalty of € 50.00. Cancellations must be notified by mail, fax or mail. If the cancellation is given 30 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded minus € 50.00 a penalty. If the cancellation is given in a period less than 30 days before arrival, the Customer shall pay the amount of the first week's rent. Is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum number of persons permitted to drive abitativa.In case of monitoring and feedback of people not declared, the Customer must pay the living room from the day of his own arrival. Minors are admitted only if accompanied by adults for the entire duration of stay. The reservation guarantees the type of housing unit and the period of stay. The request for an allocation of specific numbers of housing units will not be binding on the direction, even after receipt of the deposit and the sending of the letter of confirmation of booking, subject to the maximum availability to meet customer preferences. Is prerogative of the Directorate:
a)- allow entry to visitors. If admitted, they must surrender their identity documents, access only by foot and linger no more than 1 hour. Otherwise will have to pay the daily entrance fee and, anyway, leave the village within hours 23.00. In applying the Privacy Act, the Board may not give information about the occupants: they themselves are obliged to announce and welcome visitors into the office. On Saturdays and holidays are not allowed visitors for free.
b)- Allowing Visitors Daily entrance (entrance from 9.00 to 23.00, with no overnight stay) and temporary guests (who stay for 1 or 2 nights).
c)- Revoke permits entry at its sole discretion.
VEHICLES - PARKING-MOVEMENT
Only one vehicle per unit. Must be equipped with card passes keep exposed and visible, and parked in the assigned seat (mobile homes and apartments) or in the vicinity of the bungalow occupied. The entrance of the second vehicle is charged. Must be authorized by management, according to the availability of parking spaces and parking areas specifically mentioned. Vehicles without a pass card will pay a penalty of € 15,00 per day. is strictly prohibited movement of motorcycles, and similar ciclocarrozzelle. BEACH - SWIMMING

ACTIVITY 'RECREATIONAL / SPORTS
Participation in sports and recreational activities, including use of equipment, even with the intervention of the animation group, and free choice of the host, therefore, is not responsible for any damage to persons or damage resulting from these activities . PETS - ENVIRONMENT
Normally the animals are not allowed. Those accepted, upon request, and only in the bungalows, should be vaccinated regularly and always kept under strict control of the owners, who will be responsible for damage to persons and property. Not be accompanied on the beach, around the village or disturb, otherwise the Directorate will require the owner to find their own accommodation outside the village or abandon a residence, no right to any refund. The mobile homes is an absolute prohibition of animals. Animals not previously declared and accepted by management, in addition to debit the Customer to € 30.00 per day from the date of arrival, will be immediately expelled from the village, otherwise the complaint and the request for intervention by public authorities. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays you make the treatment with appropriate anti-mosquito products are not harmful or dangerous for people, animals and things. The Village has more ecological islands. Guests must correctly validate its waste, according to the directions of the containers (plastic, paper, glass, batteries, medicines, dry / wet). The Directorate administers and advertises its own environmental policy aims, firstly, the safety of people, so to reduce energy consumption (water and electricity) and the limitation of air and soil: the cooperation of the hosts is crucial.
STANDARDS OF LIVING TOGETHER - PROHIBITIONS
The silence must be strictly observed by 23 to 7 and from 13.30 to 15.30. In particular it is forbidden to use radio, television and sound equipment, in any case, should always be used in low volume. Is forbidden: activities or noisy games during the hours of silence, playing football or sports outside the specific troublesome areas, making noises of any kind (people under the influence will be immediately removed from the Village), light fires outdoors and in beach (it may be used charcoal grill, but without causing discomfort or damage to neighboring property and buildings, using equipment of housing units in a manner not adequate; damage vegetation (plants, flowers and flower beds), contrary to install equipment decorum of the Village. Is power of direction: deport people, vehicles and animals not previously authorized to reside or stay in the Village, using legally for trespassing, remove and prosecute those who fail to comply with even one point in the Rules or causing serious damage or disturbance; retain custody until the departure, equipment or means that violate the order, peace and security within the Village; charge the proposed penalty and the unauthorized use of equipment for a fee.
PRIVACY - RC - MISCELLANEOUS
In compliance with the privacy policy, and unless expressly authorized, the Directorate will provide no information of any kind on the guests of the Village. Except for serious reasons, the Directorate does not alert service by telephone and will withdraw his match in the Guest Reception. Management is not liable for damages caused by other guests, accident, force majeure, natural disasters, or at least not for his cause or neglect, as well as interruption of electricity, water, gas or other services, even if due to breakage or repairs. For a guarantee of privacy, peace and mutual respect, all guests are invited to collaborate with the management.
The staff of the Village is responsible for compliance with the regulation and is authorized to control people and resources.
