The entrance to the Rosolina Mare Club involves the acceptance and observance of the "rules" set out in the Village and published on the Internet. "Customer" is the owner of a caravan, "Visitor" or "visitor" is anyone who logs on regularly Village; "Direction" and "Reception" is the property of the Village. For precautionary reasons, inspection and maintenance, and to promote compliance with the laws of Public Security, the Directorate will wear identification bracelets for its guests. The entrance gate to the village and the swimming pools are regulated by weaving badge. Without identification bracelet is absolutely forbidden to enter any facility, the Village.

The rents are inclusive of: VAT 10%, electricity, water, gas and air conditioning, Tv, internet-point, 1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs on the beach, with the same number of units, use swimming pools, whirlpool and fitness-club, entertainment adults and children, 1 parking space, garden furniture, kitchenware, kitchen utensils and 1 blanket per bed; use playgrounds for beach volleyball, beach soccer, ping-pong. In early and late season some services and activities could be reduced or not operating. The units are devoid of bedding, bath and kitchen. Customer will pay the rent on arrival and will pay a deposit of € 50.00, which will be refunded on departure charges against him.

Is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum number of people allowed per housing unit, as per above table. Children under 18 months are counted in the number of people lodging. Minors are admitted only if accompanied by adults for the entire duration of stay. In the case of monitoring and feedback of people not declared, the Customer must pay the living room from the day of his own arrival.

The temporary guests (hosted by Customer for 1 or more nights), should always be previously approved and authorized by management, while never exceeding the maximum number of people allowed into the house where stay. The Customer will accompany them in Reception for records of the Public Safety and application of the identification bracelet, it is responsible and will be paid for the overnight rate expected to be valid until 10.00 am on day of departure. The signal must be temporary guest in real time.
In the case of departures after 10.00 hours, regardless of time of arrival, must be paid the daily entrance fee.

Guests day (hosted by the Customer, in the interval from 9.00 to 23.00), should always be accepted and approved in advance by the Management. Customer will accompany them in reception to hand over documents and wear the ID bracelet, is ultimately responsible and will be paid the daily entrance fee. The daily reporting of the host must be in real time.

Is prerogative of management to allow the entry of visitors, for a maximum stay of 1 hour, from 9 am to 19 hrs. The customer will receive and accompany them in reception to hand identity cards and wear the ID bracelet, is ultimately responsible, and spent over 1 hour, will be responsible for paying the daily entrance fee above. Can access only by foot and can not use equipment and facilities of the Village. On Saturdays and holidays are not permitted visits at no charge.

Is Only one vehicle per unit. Must be equipped with card passes keep exposed and visible, and parked in the assigned seat (mobile homes and apartments) or in the vicinity of the bungalow occupied. The entrance of the second vehicle is charged. Must be authorized by management, according to the availability of parking spaces and parking areas specifically mentioned. Vehicles without a pass card will pay a penalty as per the table below.

is strictly prohibited movement of motorcycles, and similar ciclocarrozzelle. Must be parked at the entrance of the village or pushed by hand up to the bungalow, otherwise the ban on parking within the Village. Other types of vehicles (bicycles, scooters, etc..) Must still comply with the rules of the Highway Code.

The reservation guarantees the type of housing unit and the period of stay. The request for allocation of specific numbers of housing units is not binding for the Directorate, subject to the maximum availability to meet customer preferences.

In case of late arrival or early departure, there are no reductions in the cost of rent. Cancellations must be notified by mail, fax or mail. If the cancellation is given 30 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded minus € 50.00 a penalty. If the cancellation is given in a period less than 30 days before arrival, the Customer shall pay the amount of the first week's rent. The Customer must give notice of delay, otherwise the Management can re-let the accommodation, subject to the requirement of the Customer to pay or cause to make an amount equal to that corresponding to the first week's rent plus a penalty of € 50.00 .

Normally the animals are not allowed. Those accepted, upon request, and only in the bungalows, must be vaccinated and always under strict control of the owner, who will respond to damage to persons and property. Not be accompanied on the beach, around the village or disturb. Otherwise, the landlord must immediately settle outside the village or abandon a residence, without the right to any refund.

For a guarantee of privacy, peace and mutual respect, all guests are invited to collaborate with the management. The staff of the Village is authorized to control people and resources.
